5.1 The WriteWord command.
Description:
The above information is the exclusive intellectual property of Winbond Electronics and shall not be
disclosed, or reproduced without permission from Winbond.
With the
WriteWord
command, the host can store a 16 bits value into a 2K-word array which is
reserved in the external storage memory of the CHIPSET. This memory is free to the user for
any kind of purpose (e.g. storing telephone numbers, CallerID information, etc.).
Remark:
Of the 2K block only the 2000 first entries may be used.
The last 48 entries are in use
by the CHIPSET and may not be overwritten by the host application!
