0.10 The StatusOfMessage command.
Description:
The
StatusOfMessage
command allows the host to retrieve a number of parameters concerning
the message to where the current message pointer is pointing to from the mailbox currently in
use. It returns the date of the recording. If the message contains CallerID information, even if it
is potentially corrupt. If the message is locked or not. In addition, it returns the chronological
message ID it has been assigned to by the CHIPSET within the current mailbox, which can be
used to display on an answering machine.

00 = ICM recording.
01 = Memo recording.

received and decoded and is ready to be sent to the host.

= 1 bit indicating, if set to one, that the data of the CallerID could be corrupt because the CRC
checksums didn’t match.

= 1 bit specifying if the message has been listened at before or not.
0 = message has been listened at before.
1 = message has not been listened at before.
L =
1 bit specifying if the current message is locked.
0 = message is locked.
1 = message is not locked.
