This register is write only. A write to this register will cause all cards that have a CSN that matches
the M7
0 to go to change from the sleep state to either the isolation state if M7
0 is zero or the
configuration state if M7
0 is not zero. In addition, the pointer to the "Serial identifier" is reset.
