The compiler feeds the PCM Melody timbre into memory space by extracting table size
information contained in the Winbond.tlb file, which is basically a library for users to select from.
Besides, users can also have their own user-defined timbres by following certain library creation
rules. Timbre start addresses are then calculated.

Memory Partition
The W56000 divides the external memory space into several different partitions for the purpose
of dual-channel operation along with the program execution, they are: Option, IV (Interrupt
Vector), COLA (Channel Operation List Area), Control Program, ADPCM/PCM/note, and timbre
ROM.
In W561xxx series, timbre ROM size is fixed at 16 bytes
